A visit to Pino Jupiter last Friday, explained in images :P
Entrance:
While waiting for friends and food to arrive, Bernard assigned himself as the model of the night.
Bee also shows off his JLo concert ticket. He's going alone! Ahaha! But that's how much he loves JLo.
Then everybody arrives. We occupy three tables.
We'd love to try Pipino some time..
But for now...
Kare-kareng bagnet for KB.
And this for me. Bernard was so jealous, he ordered the same thing for him and Don (aka Babycakes). New favorite at Pino!
Dessert.
Plus!
Thanks MJ for the KitKat and your fabulous stories from your Japan trip.
And thanks Ate Star for the delicious (free!!!) dinner. :) :)
Til next time,
Binky
My goodness! It's Saturday again! This week passed by so quickly.
I've been so busy in the office, I didn't have time to update at all.
But last week was pretty eventful, indeed!
Last Sunday, I had my hair re-colored (I'm slightly a redhead now, yep, only slightly!), then two dinners. What?!! :P
Here's dinner number one at Pino, Malingap.
Carbonara with mushrooms (but this is a special request from Ate, because we weren't in the mood for the usual Sisig Carbonara). Yum!!!
Then, we went to Eastwood to meet with KB and Framie and Bernard, and also, to grab dinner number 2.
What was supposed to be a "salad dinner" (we already ate at Pino, remember?), turned out to be...
Caesar Salad. Ate's Favorite!
and... Shrimp Mango Quesadilla...
... and Chicken Finger BLT with Fries!
We couldn't help ourselves! Eating for five people again!
Then on Monday, we bought this cake - Conti's Strawberry Shortcake- for Dad for his birthday. It's our family's favorite.
Yun lang!
Friday was also fun, eating with friends at Pino, Jupiter. But that's for another post! :)
Til next time,
Binky
Date: November 4, 2012
Driver: KB (with Ate Star, Bernard, Framie and me)
Drinks (L-R): Warm Peppermint Mocha (for Ate), Warm Signature Chocolate (for me), Toffee Nut Frappucino (for Bernard)
Meal Type: Drinks (after dinner)
Route: Eastwood Mall to Framie's House to Bernard's House to Our House
Can you believe it's November 4 already? What happened to my long weekend?
With everyone away (Bee's in Cebu, Cai's in Boracay, even KB's Pangasinan-bound!), I spent most of it in the house, sleeping and watching Sherlock (but time very well-spent, I must say).
But this afternoon, I finally managed to sneak out with Ate Star. We didn't really know where to go, but after long, drawn out discussions in the car, we decided to go to Greenbelt 3 to eat at Yomenya Goemon: Japanese Spaghetti House.
I've wanted to eat here for weeks, after reading about it from Jin Loves to Eat! So yey! :)
Outside:
Inside:
The menu. Basically, just pizza and spaghetti, a few desserts and drinks.
Free soup for every Spaghetti order.
When Ate Star and I eat together, we tend to order for five people, instead of just for two. But this time, we've been very good and chose only two dishes.
Pizza came out first. Smoked chicken with four cheeses. Love the dough, chewy! And anything with cheese is winner for me. So four cheeses?! Yes, please. :)
Our spaghetti. Shrimp, bacon and onsen egg. Interesting. Though not quite sure what the egg does for the dish. But I liked it. I ate most of it, because Ate Star didn't like it so much.
Dessert, of course. Tiny, but delicious. Ang cute pa ng plate! :)
Well, that's about it. I would love to come back so I could try their soup spaghettis.
Afterwards, we went to Starbucks to get a cup of Peppermint Mocha. Woahhh! Christmas na sa Starbucks!!!
Then, we also passed by Pino/Pipino/BRGR Jupiter, where Ate Star said hello to a friend who visited.
See ya,
Binky
This is Milky & Sunny.
It turned one last week. Happy 1st Anniversary, dear M&S! :)
We hangout here a lot. A lot, a lot.
It's because Bernard is the owner of Milky & Sunny. He let us (Ate Star, KB and me) design the resto.
We especially love the 'wall.'
This was Ate Star's idea. KB made most of the artworks (the prints) on it. I helped him with some pieces, but only a little bit. KB also made M&S's logo (KB would probably protest, but the logo was totally my idea, he just executed it! Hehehe!).
We also love M&S's food. Breakfast is the absolute best.
Here's our latest M&S meal. This was on Wednesday (dinnertime), our last bonding session before Bernard jets off to Cebu for the long weekend.
Libre 'to ni Bernard, of course. Thanks Bee! :) :) :)
For the Halloween season only, Pumpkin Soup.
Fried rice (Bee's order)!
Breakfast Big Plate (for Ate Star and me). Bacon, bacon, bacon, scrambled eggs, toast and hashbrown plus an extra hashbrown for me. :P
Yup, that's three servings of bacon. I could've picked corned beef or hotdog or spam, but no, I only love bacon. :) :)
I'm getting really hungry right now just thinking about bacon.
Seeya,
Binky
